Jak zrobić szufladę do regału dębowego cz. 5 / How to make a drawer for an oak bookcase

Ostatni etap produkcji regału dębowego to szuflada. Oczywiście zaczynam od pocięcia desek na pile formatowej Felder K690 i wyrównaniu na wyrówniarko grubościówce Felder AD741. Po wyrównaniu elementów przycinam wszystko na odpowiedni wymiar. Front szuflady składać się będzie z deski środkowej i ramy. Elementy obramówki przycinam pod kątem 45 stopni, jest to cięcie skośne. Po spasowaniu z elementem środkowym zaznaczam pod frezowania pod kołki domino. Front szuflady kleję w prasie stolarskiej. We wszystkich czterech elementach szuflady robię rowek, aby można było włożyć spód szuflady. Spód jest wykonany ze sklejki dębowej 4mm. Boki i tył szuflady frezuje pod kołki domino frezarką festool df 500. Do spodu sklejonej szuflady muntuję mechanizm prowadnicy. W celu dokładnego ustawienia frontu w ramie regału montuję szufladę na kliny i ustawiam prowadnice z pełnym wysuwem do przykręcenia. Przykręcam na wkręty do ramy i szuflada jest już gotowa. Pozostało tylko zabezpieczyć cały regał lakierem i mebel będzie już gotowy.

The last stage of the oak bookcase production is a drawer. Of course, I'm starting to cut boards on Felder K690 format plywood boards and leveling on the Felder AD741 thicknesser. After aligning the elements I trim everything to the right size. The front of the drawer will consist of a central board and a frame. I cut the elements of the frame at an angle of 45 degrees, it is an oblique cut. When folded with center element, I mark under milling under domino pins. Front of the drawer glue in the carpenter's press. In all four elements of the drawer I make a groove so that the bottom of the drawer can be inserted. The bottom is made of 4mm oak plywood. The sides and back of the drawer are milled under the domino pins festool df 500. To the bottom of the glued drawer I mend the mechanism of the guide. In order to accurately position the front of the rack frame, I install the wedge drawer and set the guides with full extension for screwing. I screw the screws to the frame and the drawer is ready. The only thing left is to secure the entire lacquer racks and the furniture will be ready.
